Denise currently serves as the Commercial Business Development Officer for Ticor. Her business background encompasses commercial real estate, title and escrow, sales and marketing, technology, franchising, retail operations, and large-scale distribution. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in strategic sales and marketing, procurement, and contract negotiation. Whether negotiating complex contracts, launching new ventures, growing established businesses, or working with Fortune 500 companies, she consistently combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Her career reflects her passion for building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping others reach their full potential. Denise is also a licensed Broker Advisor with M&A Business Advisors.
