The Northern California / Northern Nevada SIOR chapter awarded Melissa Molyneaux three awards at their annual holiday lunch. Melissa received the Top Office Lease for a small market for the lease of 522 S Rock Blvd with Lithium Americas. She also was awarded the Most Number of Transactions for a small market based on deal count in 2025. Finally, she was also awarded the Largest Land Salefor her work on sale at Mark IV’s Fernley project. This chapter, the third largest in the organization, held its annual Premier Broker Awards in mid-December. Molyneaux, NNEC’s Commercial Real Estate Services member, was acknowledged for these awards at the luncheon.
